"I met a friend here to pick up after lunch, so I didn't really try out most of the menu, but it had many tasty sound options. I had the pineapple cake with vanilla ice cream and a oat milk loaf, both very good (I liked the ice especially). Service was friendly and non-invasive, which was particularly nice when I could just chill and talk to my friend. The hotel was clean and has a beautiful covered outdoor seating area and some tables inside."

"Went to this high ranked cocktail bar in Taipei for both dinner and drinks. Hidden in a back alley, the atmosphere changes after 9 pm into a more speakeasy looking bar, although the décor is modern style. The bartenders were presenting each cocktail carefully to the customers and the food was also well prepared!"

"Ice creams from Nice Cream looks very nice but doesn 't taste as good. It 's one of these moments when I see many positive reviews and the only reason that I could think of why is lack of comparison or comparing to other premises from that country/region. Aside of this discussion, the ice creams were... fine. This is really the best description that I could think of. I wasn 't much disappointed but I would never go there again."

"Rohe has been around for 11 years, but I've only visited for the first time yesterday. It's an all-you-can-eat hotpot with lots of options. There were two of us so we could choose two different soups as the base. We had tomato and pumpkin and both were really nice. The environment was really nice and quiet."

"Came back here three times during our short visit in Taipei. Loved the cinnamon, soy floss and 'ham and cheese ' bun. Excellent service, great staff and nice environment. If you are lucky, you 'll catch a mobile mushroom-based 'takoyaki ' outside the shop. All vegan."

"I haven't had vegan ice cream in a while and was so excited when I learned that this place exists! BeiMen Feng LiBing is a super local ice cream shop (unlike lots of other vegan ice cream parlors who act all fancy .. and offers a great selection of local flavors. The ice cream has a very subtle sweetness to it which I really liked. These were the flavors they had: Pineapple Lychee Taro Salty Plum Peanut Mung Bean Longan These are the flavors that I tried: TARO: Super creamy, wonderful flavor PEANUT: Less creamy, more crunchy not particularly sweet They came in a paper cup and I ended up paying 50 TND for it. I LOVED both of the flavors and if you are into peanuts then I highly recommend giving the peanut on a try! If you are into ice cream that's got a subtle sweetness to it then I highly recommend it! I love that they are playing around with local ingredients! : Updated from previous review on 2018 08 31"
