"This was a complete let down. Let 's start from the top.We arrived at 6:30pm with a reservation of 6 people, Celebrating a wedding. They were understaffed so we only got one round of each meats, TOTAL. (This also goes to the next issue)They ran out of meat!!!! How are you an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse and run out of meat at the beginning of dinner??? And only allow one single round of each meat at the price you pay per person that is insane. They only offered what they called medium rare which was in fact black and blue, or well done meat options. NOTHING ELSE. It was about 10 mins between each time we got meats. The salad buffet was out of most of the salad toppings and no lettuce. The soup and shrimp were at room temperature and no bacon. We never got our drinks we ordered. And at the end, we ended up having to pay full price for this experience. There was no manager to come apologize to the table, no discount for the lack of food and poor service, no choice of meat temps, no drinks, and just overall a horrible experience."
