"From the beginning it was not a good experience. Our host gave us too much information about his birthday and birthday to his girlfriend, because our birthdays were also this week. Next, our server took our drinks orders and was back in a flash. We ordered today 'special, Sam 's raw, which was not available. Side Note is that it is not really today's special . It is on the menu EVERY DAY. We have to sit in the sweet little private cabin with a curtain. The problem was that our server gave us no privacy. We picked up our order, but we always fell in. We celebrated our birthday drinks and wine would have been good to order. I could have ordered a birthday dessert if we were asked or if there was a chance to have a dessert menu. I paid for my vine salad, the short ribs of the friend, the side of the soggy spinach and a few cocktails. The reservation was 6:30. We were paid at 7:15. No joke. I gave our server a little less than fifteen percent because he wouldn't leave us alone. I got up to put my jacket on and he came over to take the bill and then turned to me and asked me what the problem was. So, Open Table, you asked for a review. The whole weekend I thought of this lousy experience. My hope is that this restaurant recognizes that people come for good food and a good experience when you go out on a Friday night. We haven't."

"This is a place I can bring locals for a special occasion and though it's been around for quite a while, it's a new and enjoyable experience. Every customer comes away feeling like a VIP. Let the waiter/waitress make recommendations. It's worth it. Easily one of my top five favorite restaurants in the entire city"

"We love Poesia and have always had great experiences…. Sadly we had Giovanni as our server and he was super inexperienced and the service was really bad. For a party of 6, he forgot to order two entrees. 4 diners were finished by the time the other two got their food. We’ll go back, but we’ll make sure to have a different server."

"Love the pho from this place. I always get the comfort style to get extra veggies which are perfectly cooked (not too mushy, not too hard). Broth is tasty, the five spice chicken is super flavorful with a crispy skin. The beef pho is also great. We’ve ordered the fresh spring rolls before but they weren’t my favorite because the rice paper was a little thick/tough. But the filling and sauce were tasty. Love coming here!"
