"I am not a rocket scientist but I went to 2 McDonald's and had to wait at least 20 plus minutes in the drive thru line because the inside was closed. McDonald's has been around how long but Chick-fil-A has their you no what together. Drive thru, inside usually open, and low and behold a walk up window for door dash and others. Now how smart is that. I have a hard time rating McDonald's very hi when they are so far behind the times. If your a driver for dash or someone else taking late night orders at McDonald's can be a money loser. I think I got a total of $9 dollars on two orders drove 20 miles and waited in line for close to one hour. I no I should think twice before taking a order for McDonald's. Sorry long winded tonight."

"This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. The service is almost non existent. Every time I go in there it takes 15 minutes for my order to come out. The staff is snobby and not very helpful. Today I went there for lunch and the doors were locked. When I finally got someone to come to the door, she tells me the inside is closed due to staff shortage, but the drive through is open. That didn't do me much good since I was on foot. I ended up going back to work hungry. Even though this restaurant is owned by a friend of mine, I won't be going back. Can't wait until the next time I see him. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn't post this unless I picked a star. If they would have offered a negative five stars, I would have picked that. This place blows."

"Quick, friendly, cheap. My order was right and it seemed fresh, not like it was sitting under a heat lamp. I went during lunchtime and there was a huge line of cars, but it moved quickly. You repeated my order, which is helpful because you want to make sure it is right before you drive away. The parking lot was easy to manoeuvre and the store is conveniently located at the corner of a busy shopping center."

"The new night shift employees hired are very friendly. They are one of the only locations that actually had their ice cream machine up and running in the late night. Its rare if they have it working nowadays. I'm an ice cream fanatic so I'm always ordering milkshakes."

"Very rude people in the first layer. I'll never spend my money here and be upset as I was treated. I'll be here in the morning before I work to get my coffee. I had a deal for .99 coffee or ice cream. I'm going in and I'm being ignored by the cash register. I put my order and scan my code for the discount. I ask if it took my code, then she asks what taste and I tell her vanille. I also ordered a sandwich and 2 strawberry cream pies. I pay and then I look at my reception and the coffee is swirled up at a regular price. then I tell the cassian that she called me at full price, and she obviously said that her code didn't go through. So I asked her how to scan my code and get it for this price, how what they mean, and I asked her again how to scan my code and get it for the discounted price. she said they had to scan their code and I said I did it and I also showed them the code. So a argument turns in and I ask for a manager. the manager goes into register and said that there is nothing in the ground that she can do and I said in the past cashiers it will be discounts for me anyway, as there is app and there deal. She tells me she can't do anything about it. I ask for my money back and say what the point is to have a code, and the manager says right (in a sarcastic ton) I get my money back and I promise you I will never spend a single dime on this place ever. These employees are clearly not in the morning and have no customer service skills. they are in the wrong industry."
