"Well Zucca 83 really screwed me. I made reservations through Open Table and received a confirmed reservation for 6:30 PM, Sunday, 31 December 2017. I arrived around 6:15 PM to find the restaurant closed. The sign on the door indicate they were open from 1 -8 on Sunday. I checked their web site and it indicated the same thing. WHY did I receive a confirmed reservation and then receive two different reminders that I had a reservation. I received a nice response from Zucca 83 manager explaining that they were having problems with the reservation system and asking me to contact her for a future discount. Unfortunately I was only visiting the area and will probably never be back."
