"Absolutely wonderful food, terrific wine list and friendly, welcoming service that makes you feel at home. They cope very well with dietary issues, even for the regional dinners, which have fixed menus. Eating at Sagra is always a great experience."

"Phenomenal food and service, great value and presentation. (I think I may be buying these dishes for my new place! The seawood tofu slices in my noodle dish were like savoury vegan sausage, and every dish is garnished like little jewels. Intimate patio dining in the evening, and there is a steady stream of delivery people leaving with bags of deliciousness throughout the night. Fun people watching on this quiet nook in the Darlinghurst neighbourhood. There are lots of wonderful Thai places in SYD, but this is my 'Karma ' favourite. Try some ginger lemon tea or BYO!"

"The staff was attentive and known with the menu and the food was exceptional, especially the mushroom and the Sage Bruschetta. Grief Gambino and Capone Chicago style style pizzas were well done with good taste (not too salty) and a light cheese crust, while drinks were fruity and light. Yum! <br> Grief Highly recommended for group collections or intimate dinner :)"

"My partner spotted this restaurant as they were delivering a meter-long pizza--I kid you not--several doors down to a private event. He spotted the crust and said that we needed to try their pizza. I said, "Of course," as I noticed that the name of the restaurant is translated to "Naples in the Heart". And if you're not aware, Naples is THE best place for pizza--unless of course you're from Sorrento, Italy then you might disagree with me...quite strongly. We arrived just shortly after the restaurant opened for business on a Wednesday evening. There was a couple at a table and a father with his kids looking over the menu. Not a whole lot of people there, but we were determined to try them out, especially after eyeing the woodfire oven in the kitchen.I noticed that the pizza chef spoke in Italian, so when he came to take our order I spoke to him in Italian. We ordered two different pizzas: Four cheeses (which included gorganzola) and parmagiana. He said my Italian was good.As we waited for our first pizza, a server gave us a small bowl of fried dough balls that we did not order. Not even the couple had this on their table. It was good. When the chef came to deliver our first pizza (parmagiana), I asked him in Italian what the appetizer was. They were zeppolini. I told him, in Italian, that they were delicious. Now for the pizza. This rarely happens, but we had a transcendant experience with this pizza. My partner is Québécois and I already had my description of this pizza in my head in English Both of our descriptions were the same in French and English: this pizza is heaven sent! After enjoying my first slice, I walked up to the chef and told him in Italian that his pizza was heaven sent. He smiled in appreciation and showed me his secret: the dough. A family recipe he brought over from Naples.Later the server came to wait on us and she, too, spoke Italian. Both the chef and the server were so nice and so open to us. I told her that the pizza was incredible. She smiled and said, "It takes a real Napolitan to make a real Napolitan pizza." Well said, and very true.We were so enamored by the pizza as well as the friendly rapport with the chef and server that we made a reservation for the following evening. They were happy to oblige, and they shook our hands to thank us. Mille grazie Fabio!!!This is the only place to have pizza in Sydney...well, unless you also go to Napoli nel Cuore's other location on Redfern. Needess to say, this restaurant comes highly recommended from me."

"This place is really confused about who it is (Mediterranean ? Italian?) and their service is beyond terrible."
