"We were quite disappointed by the gastronomy in Mettlach and went to Pietra on our last day (from 6 days). The food was great, the waiter was very friendly and sincerely striving for the welfare of his guests. My wife had very good penne with salmon (with a real, beautifully fried salmon fillet) and I had the daily dish of Kalbsfilet with a little bump. The meat was buttery and the sauce with cream, white wine, red onions and asparagus was great. Absolutely recommended!"
