"We stayed the weekend in absolute relaxation in this beautiful place managed with kindness, the owner is also a great producer of superb wine. Simple apartments in classic Tuscan style clean and comfortable bed. Clean pool with a wonderful view. Convenient location for visiting Vinci, San Gimignano, San Galgano etc. We will definitely return because it was awarded by our family as a destination to relax and enjoy the Tuscan..."

"The food, quality and taste, was really good. We took the Hannibal menu which has three tartars as a starter, the bisteccha as a main, dessert, coffee and water for €35 per person. This is a very reasonable price. We would however make the starter a bit smaller, this was a quantity for a main course in our opinion. Service was friendly but... We would give a 4 star review wasn’t it for the forcefeeding. A strange word to use, but that’s how it felt. Apparently there was a large group coming after us and they wanted the à la carte tables to be finished as fast as possible. We had our starter 5 minutes after ordering it. As soon as we put down our knife and fork, the plates got taken away and within 2 minutes the main course was served. We like to enjoy our food and take our time. Unfortunately this wasn’t an option yesterday evening. :"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this charming restaurant. The antipasti starter called a surprise as you don’t know what’s coming was a delicious combination of small plates. We shared pasta and main dishes, all of which were great, but especially the boar ragu pappardelle, the rabbit and truffle mash, and the steak with mushrooms. Lovely family owners, we would definitely return!"

"I was hoping to have a serious experience tasting truffles. So I chose a steak tartare with truffles. The steak tartare (and the tagliata di mucco Pisano) were great but the truffle was not great in taste."

"My friend booked the place for the pre wedding dinner. We had a great time but the food was uninspiring. Got riddled by mosquitoes there as well, and it's miles away from anything but that's a trait of San Miniato everything is really spread out and there's only one taxi in the whole of San Miniato so best hope he doesn't take the night off! He's a good guy though."
