"Showed up 45 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday night and was treated as if we arrived earlier. The place was pretty full for the hour and the staff was incredibly flexible in using their menu to create vegan and vegetarian variations, explaining that the meat was all prepared separately. Bruschetta was made with olive oil instead of butter; hot with tons of garlic and a sweet cold tomato sauce. I had The Zia minus chicken mushrooms, peas, cream sauce with provelle. Hearty, filling and YUM! He had the Greek minus the chicken, stock feta black olives, tomatoes and greens with penne pasta and olive oil. Very tasty!!! This staff knows how to make vegi vegan options!!! Huge kudos! Totally off the beaten path, in a local college neighborhood. Oh... and good selection of beer and wine too."

"I've no idea how I haven't written a review of Lucos. They're easily in the top Springfield pizza overall, and their crust is probably number 1. The owner is a pizza pro, and has some pretty creative stuff on the menu that's top-notch. Not to mention a ton of vegan options. Be sure to support these guys!"

"Purchased in feb 2022 for the 1st time. Pizza was great. Purchased May 13 2022. Pizza had super tough dough. Couldn?t enjoy because we were chewing for so long. Guess I will try again to see if this was a one off. Update ordered 7/19: pizza wasn't as tough as the last but could be better. I'm not sure what's going on with the dough"

"My family and I were in Springfield, MA for a short vacation to the Basketball HOF and Six Flags. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn that has this Uno Pizzaria and Grill attached. We decided to try it as my family had never eaten there. We loved it! The service was fast and polite, the food was delicious and it was a great family atmosphere. It was terrific and we can't wait to go back."

"Our waitress lindsay was obviously the only waitress we arrived at around 18 o'clock. I don't know if other employees called or what happened, but she helped the hostess when she needed it, but from what I could say lindsay it did everything. she came to the right to take drinks orders and told us she was the only one and would appreciate our patient. She kept checking with us, delivered our food, etc. I never knew she was the only waitress. they have an exemplary employee in lindsay. she was also so kind and sweet, never showed an unce frustration. we have made sure to type them over 20%! she is a waitress that really deserves! Don't let the girl go!"

"I ordered food online which said 1 hour for delivery and it came in 2.5 hours. I called to see when if would be ready and the guy who answers the phone was rude saying it’s delivered. Why would I call if it was delivered? He then hung up on me. My food was delivered 15 minutes after the phone call and if was cold. So annoyed. Customer service horrible. Never again. Ghetto"
