"We could not get table at Gli Archi di San Carlo and got recomendation to try in Osteria di Venere. We were lucky with recomendation as we have ejoyed most of food. The best part was Caponata (the best in Sicily trip), Pasta with gberi (great taste and homemade oasta), Semifredo (great dessert at the end). Service could be improved as we were not treated the same as local people seatong around us. We were treated more like tourists and then felt isolated. Could do it better as tjese are experienced people running and serving in restaurant."

"I liked the place, a nice location and well kept in the middle of erice. good the dishes proposed, well made and delicious, the appetizer with local products is however too scarce. slow service (some extra waiter would not spoil in August) and too full room for standards to be respected in covid times."

"After watching the sunset from this hilltop town we went to eat. Very friendly staff, good quick service and the food was lovely. We both had Busiata dishes but different. Unfortunately we couldn't do dessert : Very reasonably priced too."
