"After about an hour of waiting, in our turn I and my friend, we pointed out to the cook behind the grill, the incalsating hunger and the waiting time just supported (with a big smile and so much education without being rude in spite of the work of others and he rudely replied that they had careless staff and that if there was no good their work, we could go to eat in another.
