"The view is amazing but the food is awful. Ordered two steaks and the well done was conpletely burnt and the medium well was more like medium rare. Girlfriend didn't touch her food and the staff did not offer any alternatives. we ordered the mushroom soup in hopes that maybe it's just the steaks but that was worst than the steak. The staff didn't even offer to take anything off our bill, which is fine but i don't reccommend this place. Ended up going to mcdonalds after a $120 bill."

"There were four of us for dinner. We had very good service but were disappointed in of the meals. The banger sausage was a precooked sausage, the fish fries were very greasy. I would suggest putting them on a lettuces leaf to lift them out of the grease"

"This place is massive. Even still, when we tried to walk-in there was an hour wait. Definitely make a reservation! Food was really good. Service was good. Portions were hearty. They do have live music some nights, but they also have multiple rooms buildings, so you will need to specify if you want to have a say in the entertainment experience."

"Food is delicious. My only complaint is that they skimped a bit on yummy ingredients. I ordered the lemon spaghetti which was amazing however only 2 shrimp. 3-4 would have met my expectations. Same held true for dessert …only 3 amarena cherries on the cannoli cheesecake. We always enjoy a meal at Giada’s."
