"This is the place locals go to have their Sunday lunch and that is a lot to say. The seafood is amazing in variety, quality and quantity. Do yourself a favor of a lifetime and start with seafood antipasto... It is a collection of delicious plates from fried sardines to steamed clams, muscles, marinated red fish, octopus, raw cigalas, etx etx. Have some pasta after and keep some space for dessert that although I couldn't try, I'd say it deserves attention. In short: go visit it."

"Suggestive place an oasis of tranquility. large parking space for the car. really exquisite and super helpful staff. the rooms are very nice and of a wide mix. the pergola where breakfast is served and dinner is perfect to stay cool and be surrounded by nature. you eat great compliments to the chef. excellent also breakfast. very nice pool area with deck chairs and sofas for relaxation or aperitif. We were great!"

"Links Hunger and did not feel welcome! We visited the restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening at the end of July. When we arrived only a handful of tables on the terrace, the guests were occupied. From the beginning, the young headkeeper ignored our table. It took about 30 minutes before the waiter allowed us to place our order for wine and food. The wine arrived quickly and was served by the young and friendly waitress. At 11:15 a.m. in the night, 3 hours after our arrival in La Maiolica we had only our wine and appetizers = imagination) and no sign of the other food we ordered. All other tables around us received their orders and general attention as you would expect from a good restaurant. The young waitress wanted to apologize for not getting our food, etc. We do not speak much Italian and the head office English is very basic. Instead, he works with his female colleague who speaks fluent English) to explain the menu and take our order. The head waiter decided to ignore and forget about our table. We are friendly, polite and secular people with balanced expectations. We have seen and experienced a lot better in many other restaurants in Italy. After 3 hours we gave up and starved)."

"Wonderful dinner experience, starting with the owner reading out loud to us the menue of the day. Great antipasti and even more delicious 'primi ' (pasta and risotto, the chef 's speciality of which he 'll remind you frequently . Should have stopped eating here but couldn 't resist the meat on the menue and went for 'grigliata mista '. I can only recommend this place, really fantastic food and very warm and friendly owners who make you feel at home. Just one advice come hungry."
