"We visited Instant twice, first it was a very late Friday evening and we were very happy to find a place with such good reviews still open. We were greeted and received menus. The waiter spoke good English and offered to help us with the...menu if necessary. We ordered beef tartares which he then hesitantly explained to be raw beef. We did know this and continued the order. For a glass of wine he recommended the most expensive one, which might be the best, not sure, but I would've appreciated couple of options. The beef tartare was ok but very under seasoned, which we then had to spice up with salt and pepper. The texture was also very coarse which is slightly odd for a tartare, personally didn't appreciate beef fat sticking between my teeth. It was still ok for a very late meal. After we ordered coffee and check we waited for a REALLY long time to get either. The wait was so long we pondered if there was some issue with our orders. There wasn't and the wait was never explained or apologized. The next day we returned for lunch and salad and we received a lady who spoke less English but really made up with her attitude. She was bubbly and polite and we both ordered salad Italienne. Very, very good choice! The salad is large, well seasoned, lots of different fillings, just like a good lunch salad should be! This I warmly recommend. After we again ordered cappuccinos and the check. The coffee took a while, but immediately after I placed my empty cup aside she got us the check. Second time was much more pleasant and I'd maybe recommend Instant more for lunch than late dinner."

"Wanted and good food with a very friendly staff 2 small flats: my pizza had arrived quite cold but it is enough to ask the server to send it back and they do it very nicely and quickly as well as the absence of gnocchi on the map! It would be great to taste this dish made by your chefs."
