"We stayed in this restaurant in January 2019. We made a trip between the roccaraso, sulmona, revisiting them and we stopped at lunch in this beautiful place. food of excellent quality, moderate prices and very kind staff. outside there was snow in a warm and welcoming climate, fantastic experience."

"Discovered by chance on the road from the centre of Roccaraso to Pietransieri, Immacolata Ranch is a restaurant just open. What is surprising is the immensity of the spaces: a large garden, covered in snow at this time, and a large interior room with a majestic fireplace. I was there in a party and the restaurant, although full, was not chaotic in fact the Christmas atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace and the good food made the lunch really special. The appetizers are typical of the mountain with polenta, sliced and cheese, vegetables and truffles. My choice for the first fell on the noodles with mushrooms and truffles that were really good; and also the seconds to the slab were excellent. There is a small room with television for the little ones."

"Cute local in typical mountain wood, friendly service and available, first special tagliatelle with the excellent truffle, cut very good but I recommend not to take it with balsamic vinegar they put too much and covers the excellent taste of meat. Same speech for grilled vegetables too balsamic vinegar. Sweet I expected better. Recommended"
