"We had a very unpleasant experience at tibits in Luzern. The staff at the counters is extremely unwelcoming and rude. Especially the greenish dreadlock haired girl had very bad manners and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. The manager, a young lady, did not even excuse herself even though she assisted the scene. Fortunately the staff behind in the kitchen was very very friendly and and we decided to consume the food delicious as in every Tibits even though we cannot say we enjoyed it because of what had happened at the counters. Change staff and manager or make sure they both learn basic good manners first."
