"If you like to sit in the sun with average tasting drinks and are embarrassed by your diet, then you are in the right place! The waiter accepted our request that we cannot have milk and the waitress brought our drinks with milk. Since my sister cannot have it and asked for it, of course we apologized and asked for a new one. She admired and asked us if we know what an ice cream coffee is, protected us and is very hesitant to send him back. During our time we have evil appearance and had an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend!"

"We wanted a real carving. we are past a very tourist site, and I must say I am glad that we have done it. this device offers excellent carving and has various possibilities for the type of meat (with huh is the clear favorit). the waiter spoke... good English and recommended us a delicious riesling that really increases our lunch. eating was ready in a blink of an eye, which was good as we had a lot to see and not so much time."

"The martinelli is one of my absolute favorits among the Italians in Wien. in the palais harrach it is challenging and unpretentious at the same time. it offers top quality when eating, but at the same time presents itself as "simple trattoria." Despite the elegant frame, the staff (padrone luigi included) is warm, hospitable and polite at the same time. even if you have to wait, because no table is free, you will have a nice chat and always feel welcome at a glassy prosecco at the bar. secret tip: who does not want to enjoy the delicious food in the restaurant or in the (usually wonderfully greened) inner courtyard (both fountain) of the palais, but rather rather a little easier in the dining garden on the freyung in front of the palais, the possibility here has to order smaller portions to cheaper trips. the Italians know how gastronomy goes. ;-)"

"I think the service was a bit bad, like the waiters didn’t want to be there and we didn’t get any smiles from them. But the pizzas were very good and tasty. The knives was bad so the pizza got a bit cold before I could finish the pizza."

"We visited Wake Up with friends on a hot sunny day. It is right on the Danube and it felt like you were eating lunch on a beachfront. The service was a bit slow and not the friendliest but the food was delicious and the...portions were good. Perfect place for a summer lunch."

"Auf der Tafel vor dem Lokal zur Empfehlung des Tages stand Kalbswienerschnitzel also warum nicht. Da ich schon öfter gut im Nordpol gegessen hatte speziell als es noch Georg geführt hat habe ich das Schnitzel mit Erdäpfelsalat bestellt dazu ein Krügerl Jeschek Bier. Leider kam das Bier erst nach 20 Minuten , Kellnerin hat sich entschuldigt das Fass musste neu angeschlagen werden ok kann vorkommen. Als nächstes kam der Erdäpfelsalat der eine Zumutung war d.h. Abgestanden von gestern, eiskalt, grau in grau und a bissl komisch hat er geschmeckt. Kellnerin freundlich hat auf Gurkensalat mit Rahm umgestellt der war gut aber nicht passend zum Schnitzel. So nun zum Kalbswiener, es war gut zubereitet leider war das Fleisch durch und durch flachsig also letztklassige Ware für Kalbfleisch. Kellnerin hat sich mit einem Gratis Espresso entschuldigt war OK nicht der Preis von 18 Euro für ein nicht essbares Schnitzel. Das bin ich vom Nordpol nicht gewohnt da ansonsten die Speisen sehr gut sind und das Ambiente vom Lokal liebe ich. Bitte lieber Küchenchef/Chefin gebt dem Personal Anweisung immer frischen Erdäpfelsalat zuzubereiten. Den Fleischhauer würde ich wechseln wenn er so ein Kalbfleisch liefert, oder wollt ihr am falschen Fleck sparen. Nächstes mal werde ich wieder den Schweinsbraten testen der war bisher immer spitze."

"Pub and bar hopping around Judenplatz we dropped into Philosoph as it looked a cool bar and on a hot day had outside seating which looked so inviting. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, a great interior with fantastic decor...and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto Judenplatz, this is were we chose to sit as it was a really hot afternoon. A very pleasant member of staff took our order of a beer each,we opted to have that most Viennese of beers namely Ottakringer pils beer,these beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. My beer was exceptional, a light,hoppy and unpretentious beer, perfect for a hot day, a totally refreshing beer, very easy to drink,a beer style I really enjoy. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although we only stayed for the one beer each for a first time visit we were totally impressed with Philosoph. Philosoph is easy to locate on Judengasse in an area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. A great bar,well worth checking out if your in the area"
