"Quality is getting worse and therefore we mean not only eating but also the comfortable atmosphere, compared to our visit in the past. we just hope that this is not the first signs of a closure, as the operator wants to make the “Maxi autohof Lauenau” before the end of the year (source: newspaper article from 2/3 september 2017 with the title: “Dunkle wolken über den autohof Lauenau” . we were once again on a Sunday afternoon here, and have already visited the few visitors. our table was right behind the cash register. he was cleansed, but still dirty with food remains, so that we cleaned this one ourselves first, because the only service was not visible first. while looking more closely, we then saw that the inaccuracy continued behind our table at the glass wall in the cup area. it was not just an appetizing. we had ordered two carvings from the map for acceptable €13.60. This also included a small salat from the buffet, which can be put together by yourself at the entrance area. Unfortunately, this time he did not taste us at all, as, for example, the red cabbage consisted of much too thick pieces and everything else was no longer comparable, as we knew. the carving of my wife, belonging bratkartoffels were all others, only no bratkartoffels and consisted of thick floury potato pieces. I had ordered jägerschnitzel with pommes and had to find that the pommes were not partially penetrated and were not nearly crispy either. as if they were kept warm on a baking sheet for hours. also the sauce for carving, was a thinly liquid tasteless finished sauce. I was also suggested that I could get a bag of mayonnaise as a replacement for the associated salate, but that it appeared on the bill without notice. simply petty, inflexible and without announcing, this is in no way guest-oriented. it is also not possible to understand that the external seating of the “Maxi Autohof” is not only occupied by the neighboring “Burger King”, but also covered. well, as already noted at the beginning, it goes downhill with the “Maxi Autohof” and you probably don’t want to invest anything anymore, in this 18-year old location. to bring it to the point, it did not taste us this time and we will not come back so quickly. Summary: no recommendation, since this has nothing to do with a well-maintained eating."
