"This is a great lunchtime stop for a large group or people in a hurry. The self serve format means no waiting around for menus, food servers or bill payers. Sure, it lacks that intimate Austrian Stubl or Hutte feeling but there's plenty of other...options on the mountain if you want the leisurely lunch compared with the let's do another black attitude of the hungry skier. It is large inside with what looks like a recent extension but tables were tough to find inside on an inclement day when eating outside was fit only for rooks, yetis or snowmen.Still at we got one of the last tables and selected from the varied menu and great beverage selection, all at reasonable prices and generous portions. Definitely a keeper for when you just want to refuel and crack on with another few runs"

"If you are vegan or vegetarian you have to eat at biochi when you are in Schladming. The owner Johann is the chef and his wife Gabi a nutritionis and they cook the best vegetarian food I have ever eaten. Also gluten free available if you want. Everything is organic and fresh and every day they offer 2 different dishes for lunch, the menu changes weekly. biochi is also a great place for a breakfast, coffee and traditional Austrian cakes or traditional Austrian apple strudle. All cakes are organic and vegan and really yummy. There is an organic shop integrated in the bistro and the friendly owners can tell you everything about the products they sell and what you need to eat if you have a specific issue. This restaurant and shop is unique and I go there as much as I can when I am in Schladming. Gabi and Johann also offer cooking classes where you learn to cook the awesome food they create every day. It is worth to book a cooking class in advance as they are quickly sold out."

"We were a part of the horse drawn sleigh tour that makes a stop at this super cute place. We had hazelnut schnapps (to help us get back to the snowy weather outside and 2 desserts. The apple strudel with vanilla custard was by far the...best one I had ever had! We also tried the pancakes (with chocolate sauce which were good but not as outstanding as their apple strudel. Loved the decor of this restaurant It is truly interesting and very cosy. Service was fine, not the best but not bad either. If I ever visit Ramsau again, this is one place that I will not miss, most for the apple strudel with vanilla custard :"

"My family and I came to this place for a snack on the afternoon. the location is really beautiful, clean, well maintained and with a magnificent view. we took three apfelstrudel with xappucino and two toasts with ham and cheese. everything was very good,...complete I would say. excellent!"
