"Rifugio posto in corrispondenza del passo Tuxer, raggiungibile tranquillamente in poco più di un'ora a piedi dalla stazione di arrivo della funivia Sommerbergalm. E' attrezzato con una bella veranda in vetro, che diventa però un po' troppo calda e assolata se si cerca un po' di respiro dopo la camminata; bella la saletta interna in legno.
