"Visited mid March 2016 as a couple for dinner. The restaurant sits hidden at the end of a winding drive 30 minutes away from Biarritz. It is a beautiful basque caserio where every single detail is nicely appointed. The menu is short but very well balanced with 4 entrees, 4 mains and 4 desserts. 2 amuse bouche are served ahead with exquisite and intense taste. Cooking is executed perfectly and presentation is also very thoughtful. All in all a incredible place hidden in the middle of the French Basque Country"

"We enjoyed the full experience from a to z! the maitre d’ welcome us very elegant. we loved the flower shop at the entrance. it is cured with a large taste and carefree. the restaurant atmospheric is bright, airy and enchanting. it is beautiful and at the same time it has a chic guinguette romantic feeling. it is made with many details! the food was delicious and beautifully presented. we also enjoyed the aftergrowth in potager. highly recommended!"
