"Da wir die negativen Bewertungen im Vorfeld gelesen hatten, habe ich vor der Hochzeit meiner Schwester (etwa 35 Leute) ein wenig Bammel gehabt, dass wir nicht genug zu Essen und Trinken haben werden. Dies hat sich allerdings nicht bestätigt. Das Essen war auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt und reichlich vorhanden. Auch Weinflaschen wurden direkt auf die Tische gestellt, sodass man nur für Rotwein oder Bier manchmal warten musste, bis wieder jemand da war. Den ein oder anderen Teller habe ich selbst abgeräumt, und abends haben wir uns teilweise selbst hinter der Bar ein Bier geholt, aber insgesamt haben wir uns wohl umsorgt gefühlt. Der Hofgutsbesitzer scheint schon etwas müde von Hochzeiten zu sein und war nicht immer perfekt auf die Treffen vorbereitet, aber sein Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und man ist auch auf jede Menga Extrawünsche von uns geduldig eingegangen. Am Abend selbst hat sich ein Organisator sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Location war sehr schön hergerichtet, der Ausblick war genial und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele.Insgesamt für kleine Gruppen auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!"

"Mandarin Fräulein had an appointment in Bad Kreuznach as it was possible to go to the cinema in the evening and eat something before. The lady was Chinese, and since we were no longer in Mandarin for a long time, and from the past had no bad memories, it was a short hand there. Located directly at Marienwörth Hospital (not to be confused with the Mandarin Garden on the other side of the street!!! Parking is available in the surrounding car parks. So we entered the mandarin without reservation (was also a Wednesday evening . Five more people were present at two tables. In the evening another 7 people should be added. Nothing has changed inside for years. Typical Far Eastern decorations, ornaments, lamps, many red carpet and golden accessories. Here and there orchids and an aquarium with ornamental fish (not suitable for consumption We are greeted by the head of the house and we can choose a free table. Welcome to the window. We'll take a seat and get the cards. They let us choose. The map has also not changed. This map can be found everywhere in German Chinese restaurants. Only it is not interpreted equally everywhere. The experience has shown that we know about the large parts in such locals, so that the decision is against an appetizer and for only one main dish. They were my three problems again. A court with duck or with duck or rather duck? No, this time it should splash. Since I was always satisfied with the quality of food in the past, I risked something new. I won't tell you anything. After a pleasant waiting period we ordered a yeast wheat (Erdinger, 0.5l 3.50€ and a small water (0.25l 1.70€). The wheat is nicely tempered. Directly after the order, the small oil lamp was ignited on the table and shortly afterwards the warm-up plate was brought and the tealights were ignited in it to keep the empty plates warm there. Everything is always right here. You can set the clock. Nice, too. After the order we got a plum wine, similar to the Ouzo in the Greek. Can, but don't... Then it took something. So time to look around. The floor completely covered with red carpet, the dark brown wooden chairs with the same red tone covered with upholstery, the tables packed in white blankets. Pink paper napkins and cutlery are already covered, such as a menagerie with salt and pepper shaker, soy and chilisauce ready. All this was not used by us tonight. The table In the meantime the way to the toilet, here there was nix to complain, everything you expected. It didn't take long to get back to the table. The rice was served as always in a stainless steel bowl, sufficient for both of us. Fried chicken meat with paprika, mushrooms, sprouts and cashew nuts. (9,50€ Fried chicken meat with paprika, mushrooms, sprouts and cashew nuts How to expect a lush part of well roasted chicken breast fillet, fresh mushrooms and crispy vegetables. Besides paprika there were carrots, onions and garlic. And a healthy portion of chili. A round dish that was delicious and liked to know. I had to spit the last third. The rice was boiled neatly, tasted slightly and was also easy to bite. 4* Crispy Quid (10,50€) Crispy Squid came 13 (my favorite number nicely roasted Squid rings to the table. Apparently cut with Asian pancoal flour and stuffed. Perfect in the structure the rings were not a bit gum-like, very crispy and very fine in taste. The sweet acid sauce that it would have served would not have used it so much, was too expressive for me personally. For this purpose, the stuffing bottle with china cabbage, on which Squid rings were embed, were suitable and delicious. I was happy and would order it again at any time. 4* Well saturated we then paid with the card, we got a decent document and were kindly passed on when we go. There is no Asian cuisine, but what it tastes, its money is worth and you get rich. We like to come back! Conclusion: A Chinese we like to express our trust! We've never fallen in here before. From the choice what you know so, but delicious. Freshly cooked with good, fresh products. 4* The service is Asian, but friendly and attentive. Here you can feel the decades of experience. Only the demand for satisfaction was missing, but did not bother me. I didn't miss it either. 4* Ambience. Nothing unusual as expected. Like 90 of the usual Asians. But it's true. Here 4* I can't criticize anything about cleanliness. Like wish 4* I feel the PLV excellent. What is offered here for money is more than fair. Less than 5* 4–less again (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it returns, 4 – happy again, 5 – definitely back to the kitchen"

"Just a few kilometres from my employer, the “Weinbrück” restaurant was located in Obermoschel. A restaurant in the beautiful old building, the restaurant in the former wine cellar. Since my last, more than undercooled, I haven't been with my girlfriend anymore. Cold pumice (for heating), ice-cold plates and thus cold dishes. Too bad. I cannot say whether the cool rooms have led to the change of the “young wild” (as the former owner Mr. Beisiegel called the young operators). At first I learned from colleagues about the closure of the “Weinbrück” and the restart of the team in Ebernburg with their own vegetable garden. Of course I wanted to know if the plates are warmer at the height of the Ebernburg! So I reserved our table very briefly. Precaution for indoor use. Rain and thunderstorms were reported. The phone contact was cheerful friendly. So you felt very welcome before the visit. In beautiful weather we arrived in Ebernburg. Ebernburg in sight Free parking is available directly under the castle. We were warmly welcomed on site. I was very pleased that the restaurant manager Simon Weller conquered with the boss Jean Luc Blumers Ebernburg. The weather is much better than expected. The well maintained interior empty. The friendly reception immediately followed the menu, supplemented by 2 day recommendations on the slate table. The unloaded menu was too good for us. And the decision is therefore difficult. Our drinks were served in advance. 1 bottle of mineral water, 0.75 l € 4.70. Another bottle followed. And for me a “Monkey 47 Black Forest Gin Tonic € 7,50, unfortunately without ice. I quickly filled this with the friendly lady at the counter, because without ice Gin Tonic does not go for me. We both chose the same appetizers and we didn't have to wait long for them. The disadvantage: It could not be eaten really well by the “Müsli dishes”, a rather “senkrechter poodle”. This has not broken the 4 perfectly roasted shells tastefully. Outside nicely browned and glazed in juicy and still slightly glazed. The slightly nutty sweet-shell taste. Those who prefer rice as a risotto were not disappointed here. We both like it. Risotto needs (like bread) time. The rice lacked the light bite and also the typical "blood". Sometimes you just have to “extract” expectations. As a good and juicy vegetable rice with cucumber pieces for fruity acidic aromas we still liked it. Red beet roots, bread crispy, with fresh sprouts and blood beet delivered a colorful and tasty appetizer. House-baked bread was served. I am a passionate bread baker. Tastefully, the easy waiting bread was good and very commendable the kitchen was not put on a comfort product. Nevertheless, the crust was too weak and the crumb was too cheerful. A longer dough guide would certainly help. Our main foods: For me the daily recommendation Rosa Wildschwein Schokosauce (Wildmanufaktur Erking) celery Kumquat Macaire € 23,90 The wild boar chef Jean Luc Blumers remains true to his line. Already in the “Weinbrück” in Odernheim he liked to combine the dishes with fruit. The service could be seen, the plates preheated! The wild boar is very pink fried (just right for me), tender and juicy. Pink wild boar Schokosauce celery cumming Macaire The reduced sauce was very successful and was certainly included more red wine than chocolate in the sauce. The chocolate uses just right: discreet, distinctive and non-precision. Celery in the form of fine celery pure and barcelery. Kumquat is used as a counter pole from its own cultivation. The fried potato chicks rounded off this course very harmoniously. For my husband: Pecannuss Bärlauch Rhabarber celery € 24,70. Pecannuss Bärlauch Rhabarber celery Beautifully dressed, the navy was flushed with my husband in the Pecannuss coat. We both had not expected the nuts so much, was different and very good. The enclosed navy fried golden brown and juicy. Above slightly fried Rhabarb stiffeners, probably for the light acid instead of lemon. Celery Cream, fried several-year-old cellar the companions. Fresh herbs and beard foam rounded off the creative dish. Only my lover dared to think of a dessert. It was clear. For among the desserts was Crème brûlée of white chocolate, rosemary, berry soup with fruit and walnut from own garden, Schokosahne € 7,80. Chocolate, rosemary, berry soup Everything was there for my sweet mouth and there was not the quietest point of criticism. Otherwise, nothing of the fine delicacies remained self-explaining. Among the desserts I did not find a basil sorbet. On the map I hadn't escaped with one of the appetizers. Of course, Restaurant Manager Simon Weller assured me a little of my favorite baskets. For € 1.50, the basil Sorbet was refined with raspberry. So my perfect dessert found me! Basil Sorbet with raspberry After the friendly adoption we saw the back terrace. Here is the beautiful view of the rocks and in the Nahetal. Apparently more airy. The better place is here with heat. The complete restaurant and terrace are accessible to disabled people. Toilets can be reached via stairs in the basement. Very clean and well maintained. But the delayer could now make a renovation with these dedicated young tenants. Conclusion: A courageous, creative and surprising cuisine. It is pleasantly distinguished from the other regional offer. With friends we will hopefully be able to make our next visit soon. What I really didn't like, so dress up, the dishes! As good as I like the pre-war terrazzo floor in my parents' house: I don't want to eat it. And the “Geschirr” reminded me very much. Shade about the fine dishes, they were simply not worthy on this “crackish dishes”. Maybe it's still from the forerunner. Dear guests: Please reserve, enjoy, pay and then hopefully soon money for new porcelain J."
