"My dining experience at Bluebird Wood Fire Restaurant was truly exceptional. The food was not only amazing and delicious but also prepared with great care and attention to detail. The riblets' appetizer was so tender that they practically fell off the bone, and both the prime rib and prime tenderloin steaks were cooked to perfection. The cabbage dish was a standout, and the cheesy mashed potatoes were a definite must-have side. However, what truly set this restaurant apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make our 4th year anniversary special by surprising us with a heartfelt card signed by each member of the team. Josie and Jacqueline, our servers, were exceptional in their attention to detail and their friendly demeanor. Their personal touch and genuine care truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel like valued guests. I highly recommend Bluebird Wood Fire Restaurant not only for its delicious food but also for the exceptional service that creates a memorable and enjoyable dining atmosphere PS. "The bar and restaurant area runs seamlessly without any visibility Soundproofing from the Buffalo Mountain Lodge reception lobby. Doesn't exactly contribute to a relaxed and calm atmosphere. We had dinner here once and can't say it was an experience. Taste: nothing that you remember positively. Portions: something for people on a diet. Prizes: beyond good and evil. Service: nothing exceptional. Actually, the small number of guests already present at the best time of meal would have given us pause must. But sometimes you think: someone has to go first.
