"Was on a day trip and needed a lunch stop. Was looking for another burger place but couldn't find it where it was supposed to be so I stopped at Chili's. Hadn't had a beef burger in months. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger. Beef was of good quality and well cooked to order but the sandwich was bland and under seasoned. The server took the critique well. I've had good flavorful dishes before at Chili's but burgers are not in their wheelhouse, I guess."

"The food is always pretty good, can't say I've ever been disappointed. The service at Benton Harbor Applebee's is what makes it stand out. The entire staff is top shelf. And just an FYI to all my fellow bourbon old fashioned lovers, Ed and Lauren are two of the best if not the best in the area. Hands down."

"Stopped in for Friday dinner. Rooftop was full, but the hostess assured us there was no waiting for the dining room and showed us immediately to a table. The waitress brought us water and took our drink order. Our Ahi Tuna appetizer came out quickly, and was delicious. A different version than they had in the past. It's always hard to choose from the well designed menu. We ordered the Lake Perch dinner, Belle's Chicken, and the (fantastic) Brussels Leaf Salad, minus bacon, to share. Sides of baked/mashed potatoes and asparagus. All perfectly prepared and presented. I've never had a bad dish, let alone a meal, here. The waitress was gracious and pleasant. She seemed to be the only one for the whole floor, with an occasional hand from the kitchen delivering meals. How she managed as well as she did while keeping her smile, I don't know."
