"We came here for lunch without a reservation in mid-July 2016, and were graciously hosted on the outdoor terrace by ristorante owner Vittorio Moschini and his staff. A nice view of the square from the terrace. Almost immediately, our table was filled with delicious appetizers (coppa ham, pancetta ham, olives, peppers, bread sticks). The home made pasta was second to none, and the variety of desserts capped off this splendid afternoon (we had no room left for ice cream). You can also come sit on the terrace to order a simple coffee. No doubt the best restaurant in Bettola, and definitely worth the trek from Piacenza, if you are staying further up north."
