"Incredible experience at Madame Vo BBQ! If you love Korean bbq then you will become obsessed with Vietnamese. We did the beef 7 ways which was fantastic. The 30 day dry aged rib eye was the star (no surprise) but the meatballs short rib courses were also standouts. Thoroughly enjoyed the special, Ox tail fried rice (I’d recommend putting it on the full time menu) and the bone marrow appetizer was outstanding as well. Come with a group, sit back and enjoy all that Chef Jimmy his team has in store. You won’t regret it."

"I came here for my birthday dinner; absolutely gorgeous view by the window. Its a place you go for the experience as it is located inside the hundson yards mall and you can see the vessel! Overall, not a restaurant I will go for food what so ever. Pro great and attentive service live music was playing on a Satuday night by the bar tried their tuxedo #2 cocktail loved it! (Very strong) lasagna was very mediocre. Couldn’t really taste the rib eye nor the eggplant. It was just a lot for such a simple dish. chicken was tender and juicy, but something you can find elsewhere easily. Con even though the reservation was made a month ago and we arrived exactly on time (arrived about 2 minutes earlier than the reservation) we had to wait about 20 25 minutes ordered the lasagna and the chicken for two. There was a very long gap of waiting between the two entrees a whole chicken comes out, but they cut you only the leg and the wing... not to mention it wasn’t cut very well by our waiter"

"I was really excited to try Memories of Shanghai but unfortunately they served me raw shrimp dumplings. I understand mistakes happen but considering the seriousness of this they were not very apologetic nor did they seem to care very much about this mistake. And yes, we still had to pay for the bill. Again, mistakes happen but this should have been handled differently to show that they care about their customers and food safety. I would not recommend this place considering they don’t mind potentially giving customers food poisoning."

"We were so sad when Turkuaz closed on the Upper West Side as too many of our favorite stores and restaurants have done, but were delighted to learn they had reopened and had not one but two restaurants near Columbus Circle. We went to the older one today and love it. The menu seems more diverse and portions larger. It was really cold so our old favorite the red lentil soup warmed us. I found the stuffed grape leaves to still be the best I've ever tasted. Service and décor continue to be friendly and comfortable."
