"There are definitely some service kinks to work. Our food came out immediately, but the young woman tried to clear our plates before we were finished. Since there were 2/3 of the tables open, it was unclear why they had the need to pull us through. When they ran the credit card, it was for someone else's bill. Required to repay and repeat. The food was good and affordable, but nothing remarkable."

"There were 4 hostesses/cashiers talking to one another when we walked in. There were no other customers in the lobby. The hostesses couldn’t have cared less. In fact, they ignored us for a few minutes before looking up. This was Saturday night, 11/13/21 8 pm. They were sullen, if not petulant at us disturbing them. Everything else was fine. The dinner, the wait staff were great. I don’t usually bother to write reviews, but their rudeness was astounding."

"I'd come back. I live close. it is a good medium priced sushi place with tons of non-rohe options and a large escap. it's next to a theatre. Sake selection is good and markings are not crazy. also some interesting beer patio, as others have commented, is cute. the whole place is very spacious inside and outside area miso: ground as we like it. good taste, hot, bits by tofu and seeweed tee is a bag brewed in a pot. take the bag and put it in their soy sauce dish they gave more water without asking me. Thank you. chirashi dish: beautiful presentation, fish was fresh and also delicious, rice beautifully flavored. served with an salad that had good dressing and a cup of mist piece was price fair omakase nigiri: all 10 pieces fresh and tasteful. some had low season. 2 tasted something special! such as a hauch of yuzu or green tweebel at the right place. also beautifully served agadashi tofu: nope. must start better tofu. sauce is not the right lift for the blandness. bathroom class b:- guarded toilets. they were clean. for women, must go past ugly dirty things"

"Update: was in the area and we stopped to dine in today. Had the most delicious beef soup. It's a huge serving and I took a large portion home. The pupusas are still as good as ever. We ordered 20 to go and will freeze some. The most delicious pupusas in the bay area. We've tried them in San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, San Jose, and Redwood City. Hands down these are the best year after year. They are consistently good. We like revueltas, which are a combination of cheese, beans and chicharron. The corn masa is not overbearing and the other ingredients are portioned evenly. Some places don't put much filling or use to much bean or masa. My guess is to save money. Not this place. The curtido is seasoned well and the salsita is yummy. Dishes on other tables looked appetizing, as well. I noticed many patrons were having caldo (soup), so I'm sure it must be good too. Tables were spaced apart, servers wore masks, and there was outdoor seating available. We ate outdoors and made sure to order plenty pupusas to go."

"This restaurant has amazing eating. I especially liked her parmesan cheese, which they offer, to eat on her and to lay the bread that they gave us as an appetizer! it came with a delicious sauce. the only reason I gave him four starts instead of five was the lack of cleanliness. the restaurant was nice, but the cutlery was not clean at all. there were eating on our cutlery and we had to ask for clean. our table had crumbling on it. therefore I will start with my own cutlery in restaurants. you're almost never clean. I appreciate the man who would often get around to fill our tassen with water."

"We had early dinner reservations at 4:30 pm, noise level was low but grew as more patrons arrived (expected). Have enjoyed our dinner date nights here, great food and good service. Can’t go wrong with any of their entrees. Bread pudding is yummy!"
