"I met the owner manager of the place and he is a GREAT GUY! Very talkative. Funny and engaging. That being said. My honest review isn 't good. We ordered the chicken parm below average chicken alfredo below average a grilled chicken salad very poor, very little lettuce and an obnoxious amount of cheese. and a large piccolos special pizza which wasn 't bad, just needed to be cooked more. Crust was floppy and doughy. But I will say the cheese used on the pizza was absolutely delicious. On that note, and what I just said... the price ABSOLUTELY matches the food. We payed around 85$ for a large pizza, 2 chicken alfredo meals, and 1 chicken parm meal. That is extremely reasonable and a great price. Speaking for the pasta meals and not the pizza, anyone who is familiar with the fast food chain called fazolis ... this is an exact match. Frozen chicken in a bag added to pasta with a runny sauce. "Came here Saturday to dine in with my family. The customer service was awful. Got our drinks and waited 15 minutes still no order. We left and went to Romas in Hudson and they had a party with Elsa from frozen were busy but still got good service. We want be back even if it’s close!"

"They are terribly short on help here. The guy that waited on us was also working in the kitchen. We were there for around 15 minutes before our order was taken. He was very nice and apologic. We understood, but were hungry. The food as always was great! I hope they get more help soon! We love Ruby Tuesday!"

"A local staple but you can skip the ribs too. That best ribs in America thing was from 1984. They have a decent selection of Amaricana type foods including chicken and burgers, wings and of course barbecue. I personally think they have the best wings ever, even though I know they are frozen and come out of a waxed paper bag (I once worked there. The prime rib sandwich is excellent and the burgers are pretty good too, especially if they are on special. That is one issue. The special are pretty random between locations. No doubt designed to prop up sales in lagging menu items, but annoying when you usually got to location A for cheap drinks on Wednesday but end up at location D and it 's burger night. Oh and the prices on their fairly decent beer are kind of all over the place. At this location I paid $1 less for a pint of porter than my associate did for their largest glass of Hellis. For ribs and pulled pork, go to Buddy 's."
