"Eating was better than average. the service was slow. my wife ordered a vodka with cranberry juice. I got the drink no wodka. asked where the wodka was, was brought back her drink and said two more ounces added. no wodka taste with a...short glass. Maybe water? probably will I come back"

"Kitchen does not open until 6:00 for dinner. It was easy to get a table on a Sunday night. Food was tasty, but the portions are on the smaller size. View is outstanding. Service was good."

"This is a bit of a trek up a steep hill, but when we arrived on the property there was a little bus to shuttle us up. As a result, I'm sure it must have quite a spectacular view, although we didn't really get to experience as we arrived for dinner after dark.The tables are situated on an open air patio. It wasn't terribly busy, but the minimal staff were working hard. The coatimundi's made an appearance during our meal (which, if you are unfamiliar--as we were--are a sort of a raccoon looking creature, with longer faces, and longer, skinner tails) as well as two resident cats. I'm not a huge fan of watching other diners feed wild and or domesticated animals from the table at a restaurant, but some might find it amusing I suppose…. I don't think the staff were thrilled about it either, but I'm sure they felt had to be polite about it and let it happen.Saul was our waiter (and everyone's waiter!) and he was charming and helpful and efficient. There were specials and he made recommendations. My boyfriend had a shrimp roll starter that he loved and a pasta dish that he was just crazy about. Both were very rich. I had a caesar salad which was very nice and the special, a mexican plate, which was a very large portion. It was not the best local food I've experienced while here, but still quite good. This was a quirky place for sure. An enjoyable if not slightly bizarre evening. I have heard it is a nice place for breakfast, but we never made it back during our trip; we probably will if we are in the Manzanillo area again."
