"We stopped in on a weeknight and the parking lot was busy, but the 3 of us were able to get a table right away. The place looked good and the reviews were stellar so we were looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day of driving. The server impressed me when I asked for a tap list and he offered a water while he grabbed that and gave me a minute to look over that as it was extensive. I settled on something, but this is when the service took a turn. It took over 20 minutes to get a draft beer, as I sat and watched our server visit table after table, he stopped and let me know the bar had not poured my beer yet, which I found interesting that he was aware of the bars current status as I watched him spend most of his time with other tables. He again mention the bar still didn't pour my beer, perhaps the bar was backed up, but I just didn't buy his excuse since I saw him quite frequently at other tables around us. Eventually the beer came and I was happy, I ordered my second half way through my first to add a nice buffer for the bar to pour that for me. The food was very good. The cheeseburger was good, the cheese they use was excellent. The haystack pasta was fantastic, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken fingers had a perfect golden crisp to them and tasted as good as they looked. Eventually our bellies were full and we asked for the check, the waiter promptly dropped it off, but when he took it to run our card he was back to his old shenanigans. He visited 3 or 4 more tables, disappeared, visited some more tables around us. 10-15 minutes passed before he brought our check back. I'm not really sure what was going on with the service, but if we stop back we will request anyone other then this guy. Our receipt said his name was 5152 RED, I'm guessing thats not his real name."

"Staff was so friendly. Our waitress was very attentive. Food came out hot and fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious. Try the miso dip as an appetizer. The tempura was super yummy too!"

"Not enough staff but probably an unusually busy Sunday. A couple of large groups. Expensive for lunch but the food was good. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Staff was friendly and apologized often for the wait. Not really a long wait but more than usual time to get food. No problem when it is worth the wait."

"No complaints... Good food and fast service on a busy game night. My kids liked their food and the cheese sticks were not overcooked. I wish the Chicago hot dog could be purchased as a side dish or bar appetizer. Set up like a Buffalo Wild Wings with a smart buffer between the bar and restaurant. Lots of big TV's on the wall."

"This is the third time we have been here and each time has been awesome. I had put off coming to this place for years for no particular reason but I wish I would have tried it sooner. Such a wonderful wait staff and we had different servers each time but all of them were great. They are very personable and this is definitely going to be one of my regular places. Everything is fairly priced and delicious. The Irish mule is very good and the fish and chips from here is one of my favorites from any restaurant. This last visit we tried the corned beef bites for an appetizer and it’s something I didn’t think I’d like but they surprised me again because they were very good. Overall good atmosphere too. Will definitely be back!"
