"Before I get into this review, let me just say the food was amazing.<br br/>Staff management: poor. Our waiter was so overwhelmed. He had two large parties and other tables so of course there were things messed up.<br br/>Service: never checked if everything got there and if it was okay. Didn't come back to refill our drinks, my drink didn't even arrive before my food, had to be reminded. I was suppose to get the couscous Mac and cheese and instead had a side of regular couscous. Never got my correct side even after someone in our party got the manager. <br br/>What keeps the review out of the red is everyone's food was mouth watering delicious."

"The second time here. The service is better. They have a good selection of beer and whisky, and their food is pretty good. They also have arcade games and consoles at each of the tables on the back. Nights at weekends will be a little crazy, and they have live music."

"My worst experience at any BJ’s location. This is not the location I normally visit but I was going to be in the area so I made a reservation. First I was seated 30 minutes after my reservation time. No comment when I checked in that they we’re running late. I ordered their prime rib and when it was delivered it was obvious that it had been placed on the grill and cooked to well done. I said something and the server said she’d have it redone. Everyone else at my table was finished eating when it finally came out. Then when she brought out the bill I see I was charged for two prime rib dinners. Took her a while to find the manager to fix this problem. I had a special 20% off card for this visit, but it only took 10% off the bill. The server had to go back to the manager wasn’t able to fix the problem so they took the price of an appetizer off instead. Throughout this experience we never saw the manager. I’ve been to other BJ’s locations in the past and the manager often stops by to check on things. Overall the attitude of the employees from the host desk to the servers seems to be poor. I’ll make sure to go to my normal BJ’s location from now on."

"Lunch today, with my father. I'll be honest and say I didn't like it in the past when he wanted to eat here. But today we went and it was a new manager, new server, new chefs and a new menu. They had still made some of the old menus, but (I think) with the recipes of the new owner. We had: Vegetable Samosa, Goat Briyani and a combo lunch of Shrimp Moolie. The combo included the duck, rice, naan and part of the carrot halva. Everything about today's visit was amazing! The table service was great! Drinks were often refilled. The timing of the food was brought out perfectly (the meal was not served long after we finished the appetizer, but not too much space in between). They were aware of nutrition restrictions (I cannot have milk). The owner and the cook came to welcome us, make sure we enjoyed the meal and thank us for the visit. Especially the food was super boiled and tasty. The samosas tasted like a family recipe. The goat in Briyani was very tender. Personally, I never had shrimp moolie. This was a special treat, as I often don't have to eat gravitation because of the use of heavy cream and ghee. This dish has a coconut milk base and was delicious. If you're not here, you need to check it. If you've been here before and how I don't really enjoy the experience, give him another chance and visit under the new management. I will definitely visit again."
