"We were there for a birthday dinner, friendly staff, good pizzas and good burgers. The pizza selection shows immediately that the restaurant is not an option to eat something italian, though the quality of food is definitely above average."

"We went as a group of 6 people to celebrate a birthday. They seated us very quickly at the table, but it took more than 15 minutes for a waiter to show up and take the drink order. We had to insist to be served and they had only 4 occupied tables. Then we order a package for 6 people and it turns out that this package only has 5 soups. When complaining to the manager, he comments that he does not have staff (same comment as in September and last December) and that the waiter was wrong by not informing. It is illogical that a package for 6 people has 5 soups. They offered to add one more soup with a charge and when complaining they offered it for free but we decided not to take it for fear of reprisals. I do not recommend it for a celebration. The food is good, but the service and attention is terrible."

"The view was really nice when we were sitting outside. The furnishings and the atmosphere in the restaurant were exceptional. The staff was numerous, but not the kindest pile. Someone should remind them that they work for tips. The food was so (I guess maybe...we expected more because the atmosphere was really nice and the menu looked amazing). I think this restaurant really needs a new manager and chef. The wine list was excellent and the wine I drank, and the company I made the night enjoyable. When we finished our dinner, our plates were sitting at the table too long. We've never been asked if we want desert or coffee. After waiting for a long time, we had to fly a waiter and ask for the check. We waited and waited (maybe 15 minutes, and I should note here, the restaurant was perhaps at 30% capacity). We had to ask for the check again. And again the waiter was not in a hurry. This could be a really good restaurant, but it's not."

"We were traveling through the area and had one free night in Monterrey. We were looking for a place to get typical Mexican food. Neither of us spoke/read any Spanish. We decided to come here. First impression: the place looked really nice wait staff wearing ties. Nicely decorated with what I 'm guessing is traditional Mexican style. The wait staff spoke only a little English (some none at all), and the menus are in Spanish only. We had an app that would translate though. With this, we were mostly able to read the menu (most text automatically translated from the camera; more stylized text had to be manually typed). We had some drinks, an appetizer, got two meals, and dessert. We found the portions plenty, but not huge. The food arrived quickly, but after we were finished, no one came by to ask if we wanted dessert or bring the bill. Perhaps I am used to American dining pace not sure. But we asked the waiter, pointed to the dessert we wanted, and he brought it or very quickly. The same for the bill we asked for it, and he brought it quickly. Everything we had was very good, but we had very little authentic Mexican to compare it to."

"It looked decent and hubby wanted a pizza so we went in. I ordered spinach dip and as much as the manager tried to convince me it was spinach dip that was not spinach dip! It was a bar of cream cheese mashed with a fork and stale bread. Boneless chicken wings? Horrible and hard to chew and obviously been frozen for a while... The pizza was the specialty right? Well as much as the manager swear they have an oven and they make them I couldn't tell the difference from the frozen ones. Hubby was not impressed with the seasoning of the pizza either. Overall a bad experience with the service too. They were just distracted moving tables and being noisy. Just go somewhere else."
