"They have recently updated the menu to make it super clear which options can be made vegan, which was very helpful! I have the tofu stir fry and the tofu trinket, both were delicious, although I wish the trinket had a bit more taste. if you want to pad thai i’d recommend the country style updated from previous review on 2022-03-26"

"Reservation but sat about 20min late. Nice table tho I think they might have comp’d us our drink at the bar but I forgot to ask my husband. Food was good but I think the wait staff was spread a little thin, a bit between sitting and drink orders apps. There were 4 of us and two meals arrived, then about 10’min later the other two, so not timed very well. Food was good ambiance was really nice."

"Sunday for lunch at 2:00. We sat immediately and shortly after welcoming through our server, which was super friendly. Our drinks were very delicious, I recommend the Ghost Punch, so good! Our lunch was spectacular. I had the shrimps and grits that were great and my best friend has the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. Holy Moly, you get a lot of food, so hungry! We will definitely come back."

"Great food. Their vegetable pakora are unusual (spheres) but delicious. Dipping sauce (Tamrind is velvety and rich. Super good and filling. Recommend to anyone as spice level is very manageable"

"After years of going to Newburyport, found Giusseppes on a cold February Saturday. Ordered a deli platter with a glass of wine at the bar while we perused the extensive menu. The meats on the deli platter were fresh, the olives tasty: a nice introduction. Only the bread was a disappointment. The dish wanted a crusty Italian bread. Finally settled on a blue claw crab ravioli, manicotti and chicken piccata to to go. All were exceptionally tasty! Generous sized entre portions. I especially loved the ravioli dish which was in a white sauce with roasted red peppers and asparagus. A creative dish that I will return for. Let me amend that: we will return for all the dishes we had! Bar staff friendly and attentive."

"Phenomenal menu, great service, and a great atmosphere. Careful might be better. Cornbread was a bit dry, the duck was overcooked and my drink was a little watery. Altogether Sole is a breath of fresh air in the nbpt restaurant scene for its creative dishes and unique menu, but quality seems hit or miss."

"My fiancée brought me to the lighthouse to suggest it. it was the most romantic perfect suggestion I could ever dream of. he booked a dinner meeting at 17:00-10:30 a.m.) for a Sunday in the mai. he had his friend come at 5 to the decorations (flowers, candles, signs) and our private host pam let them open. we arrived at 18 o'clock and when we came up, he gave his phone to pam to take up his suggestion. after the suggestion we went out to the balcony, where pam sunset pictures of us made with my ring. we then decided to order from modern oak grill, which was absolutely delicious. pam was able to try out our meals, so every cure was 20 minutes apart. she also had drinks in the ice that remained cold for us. there was also a stereo system that allowed the Bluetooth capacity, so we were able to pair my phone and I could play a Spotify playlist. overall the situation was perfect and I could not have asked for something better. we will definitely come back for future jubilees! only something to rethink there are many steps and a ladder so maybe away from the heels or long dresses (thank you I was warned not to wear them haha) and if they are afraid of heights, this could not be the best place if they want out on the balcony, they must crawl through a short door, so warn. if you're tall, watch your head! my fiancé is 6’3 and he met his head a few times on the chandelier there is no bathroom, we used the restaurant next door, but when we left the lighthouse at 9:30 o'clock, the restaurant had closed."
