"I am very disappointed by Al-shita, it is over 8 years I order eating out of this restaurant and never complain about anything, my family put an order in worth more than 20-30k every month that in sector 1 vaishali, sector 2 vaishali and...I live kn sector 3. from last 1 month I see that these people provide a pathatic service. every time I asked her to get extra chutney and wobbles. they do not send, however. today I experienced the same problem and the order was also half. When I called him and complained about it, they gave me an apology that they had less personal. what I find hard time to buy this point. if they have less personal, they will not be least burdened, the price is equal. as compensation he told me about the call that the no problems we give them this order as complementary. I said, okay, after that he spoke to his supplier and said that the customer ask to pay for huh and roti will only be complementary. I mean, this is really absurd and very u professionalism. I wish I had an order of zomato or swiggy, which could be done to understand what I saw as a customer and they could have given me a comppansation. but the type that took command 919891978966 told me that take this order as complementary and then after 1 min he refused. it is not about paying him for the order, asking why he refused what he committed. guyz! never order them to eat directly from the load, since no one is to listen to them and I have never expected such behavior from Al-Shita to their loyal customers. I am extremely unhappy and sad at the same time. I get that for 8 years loyalty. the personal is now extremely unprofessional, unprofessional and they do only wrong engagement within fraction of the second, they change their decision. not from the outset that they have only my goodness now. they do not care about the customers or the pathatical services they have deggressiv. all they care about is money."

"Wanted to spend some quality time with my family when I visited Cafe on 3 by Holiday Inn last weekend. This is a beautiful place with great ambiance. Good music,beautiful décor and wine makes a perfect place to spend your evening with loved ones. We tried veg and non-veg starters including Veg kababs , Paneer malai tikka, Veg Galauti kabab, Mutton Gaulauti kababs, Chicken tikka ,Amritsari fried Fish, Paneer and babycorn fried. We tried some fresh juices and Mocktails as well, they were freshly prepared and were quite soothing. We tried variety of salads, all veg and non-veg , they were just delicious . Then we moved to Main course, where we tried Murgh Biryani, Mutton Gosth, Paneer pasanda, Stirred fried noodles ,Chilli Chicken etc. Every dish was just amazing and had perfect blend of spices. The dessert Section made it complete with more than 20 variety to desserts to choose from and we tied a lot of them until we were full. Apart from food, the services part is what I liked most about it. The staffs and very polite and courteous. Totally Recommended !"
