"For our jubilee dinner we chose this JJ, it is somehow a step up from JJ's Bistro de Paris. It's not. It's more a step by. We were warmly welcomed by JJ and continued by an employee we wish as our waiter. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, but obviously was in such a great hurry that he quickly explained the menu options and later forget that we needed more water bread. He wasn't bad, really, just maybe too thin. The ambience was beautiful, the decor charming. And the food was delicious. My Coq au vin was Jacques Pépin's recipe, I was told and it was wonderful. My husband's Bouillabaisse presented two huge scallops and was raised. Our dessert choice, pecan bourbon tart, had too much chocolate for us, but we're so funny."

"Servers really need to work on their people skills. It doesn't take that much effort to be friendly. Love the food here, but getting tired of rude attitude from servers. Try to put a smile on your face while serving the paying customers, please. Sushi bar guys are great and friendly, but waitress not so much."

"Noise level was ridiculous. It was only my wife and I . I couldn’t hear at all. Another table of 6 were also upset about the noise. I ordered the ribeye, knowing that it would have fat like ribeyes normally do. However this steak was so full of fat, I should of returned it. The recommended lemon mouse cake had a stale crust. The red shrimp appetizer was delicious as usual and the service was great! We will give it another try. Please fix the noise, it may be the reason you have empty tables."

"Ruth’s has really gone downhill since it was acquired by Darden. Prices are higher and quality is much lower. Took over an hour after ordering to get our entrees. They have changed their meat supplier. My wife’s steak was too tough to be eaten. Mine was subpar. We saw other people sending their meals back. If I want Outback quality I can go there and pay Outback prices. This time I got Outback quality at Ruth Chris prices. Huge disappointment. Stay away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"
