"We are often a guest in Hofmark. Unfortunately, this time we were not satisfied at all.The map was greatly shortened, which is basically ok, but it should be something for everyone's taste.The appetizer (bruschetta) was a pure case: carelessly dressed, the toast not crispy.The Cordon bleu was lukewarm, the cheese cheapest way.The operation was the summit! Two more tables were dirty and after a good half hour. The polishing of the cutlery was more important than the guests.We sat at least 15 minutes before our empty plates. While we ate, 1 x was asked, which is enough. When removing glasses and dishes, the upper part of their clothing slipped upwards. That was superfluous.We will probably only go Sunday noon in the future, the pork roast is always a poem!"
