"This was a favorite place of mine since it was opened. We moved away in 2012 but twice a year we’re up north and patronized it. Yesterday, I wanted to have their ‘delicious’ French onion soup and was SO DISAPPOINTED. I asked the waitress what happened that it was so bland. My son ordered Irish Stew and I ordered wings, SO DISAPPOINTED again. Well I guess that last night was my last time to eat at Monaghans. It was a great time had with good but definitely it’s over."

A standout moment was when Arthur, the manager, stopped by our table. Although it was just a brief interaction, his warm greeting and check-in on our service spoke volumes about the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly appreciated. Even though I don’t recall the name of our actual waitress, the service throughout the evening was impeccable. Attentive, prompt, and friendly, the staff ensured that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable. The food itself was a highlight – a delightful array of seafood dishes, each expertly prepared and deliciously satisfying. The attention to detail in both flavor and presentation was evident in every dish we tried. I highly recommend Bonefish Grill for anyone seeking a dining experience that combines excellent food with top-tier service. A big thank you to Arthur and his team for making our evening so enjoyable!"

"We came here on a Tuesday night around 630. The place isn’t big so make a reservation or come early. It was busy! We got seated right by the pizza oven which was cool. We shared the pot of mulled wine, which is a favorite seasonal treat and I wish more restaurants served it. We started with the Caesar salad that tasted like it had homemade dressing and croutons. We got the pizza Bianca to share with smoked prosciutto and truffle oil. Delicious. The dough was light and salty and tasty. It was fresh. For dessert we got the homemade lemon sorbet which was great. Food came out quick, the staff were all nice. I gave the pizza maker a thumbs up for his great work. The interior is charming and cozy. Best pizza in RVC and we’ve tried them all. Can’t wait to go back."
