"Went in super long wait. About half hour for food! Server didn’t write anything down and forgot ranch and requested drink. After that server rarely stopped by for refills. Then they messed up by bringing me and my sons food and not my wife’s. Bill ended up being 40$ which was not worth the money and the experience was horrible. This is my second bad experience in a row with an Applebees in multiple states! Officially done with this chain because it has gone into the dumps."

"I have been so disappointed in dining out lately but Monday night I was so pleasantly surprised I had to do this review! After an afternoon of errands and getting tired and crabby we popped into Shakopee Applebees for dinner. Our service was outstanding, I’m really sorry to not have checked on our waiters name but I think it might have been Alejandro? At any rate his service, attitude, attentiveness, attention to detail, timing was so appreciated! I don’t remember having that level of service for a long time. Very talented young man! And the 6 oz steaks, broccoli and potatoes were prepared nicely, the appetizer wings were hot, plenty of sauce, very juicy. Very pleasant evening out for my husband and I. Thank you Shakopee Applebee’s"
