"Went in off hours, 515p on a Wednesday, there were as many staff as customers. The vibe was completely dead, I was not greeted by staff, sat down at the bar and was ignored. The staff seemed like a bunch of non-caring zombies instead of hospitality workers. I'm on the road a lot and in Outbacks all the time. By far the worst one ever! Didn't stay to eat since I was ignored, I left and went to the Beverly Hills Grill, better option by far, polar opposites in hospitality."

"I'm not really a big fan of Applebee's but my twins love it! I like going this this particular one because the staff is always so nice and we enjoy ourselves everytime. Even through this pandemic the restaurant is always clean and it doesn't take long for your order to come out. Our waitress Toya was soooo friendly and professional. April that works at the bar always makes the perfect drinks! Also this time we went the car side manager from Roseville was there and she was very helpful as well All in all me and my twins enjoyed ourselves as usual!"

"The menu has interesting options and the food is always well prepared. But the last two dining experiences there have been painfully slow. Not only did it take our table of 4 two hours to have lunch but during the long wait between the appetizer and main course we did not see our waitress once to have drinks refilled. It is very annoying to see wait staff standing around but you can't flag anyone down to refill your drink. I keep saying that I won't go back because of the service but the food is great."
