"I really liked the Lemon Souffle Cheesecake, it found it wasnt too sweet which was nice, and the lemon flavour was wonderful. The White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake was okay, the filling was good but the chocolate crust was too bitter and i could not eat it, and the white chocolate layer stuff was way too sweet but it was decent."

"We had a great visit, and look forward to visiting again. I was really disappointed with the serving size for the mozza sticks 5 for $14 is just nuts but I was equally impressed with the portion size for the poutine. The food was all delicious, regardless of price. For beer, my only recommendation would be to get something hoppier on tap. Loved the service, the atmosphere, and the food."

"I've to Porta Romana a few times and it never disappoints. The food is always so delicious and homemade. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. I've been here twice with a large group (40+ and they always accommodate to dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free . And there is always plenty of water brought around, which is a bonus for me, since I drink a lot of water. The second time I came with a big group, they opened up on a night they are normally closed and allowed us to use the entire restaurant for our function. I think that this is just amazing, since many restaurants wouldn't cater to a group like they did. Porta Romana has so much to offer: great food, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere, family-owned and operated, and a welcoming environment, that makes it a top choice of restaurant for me."

"I would only go here for cheesecake. The meals aren't that great. Usually pretty quick to go in and order a piece of cheesecake to go. A great option instead of having to sit and eat there."

"I tend to forget about this place but when I am searching my mind for a really nice lasagna or some great souvlaki or even a decent rack of ribs this place always comes to mind. But whatever you do you have to try the spanakopita which is a very nicely melted cheese that is flambéed tableside and served with Peta bread. Give this place a try, I have not had a poor meal yet."

"My wife and I went to my birthday and were well supervised by state and main, especially by our server carley. we were not all hungry so we plan to share a teller, drink and dessert. without any question. from us, carley took it on herself to have divided the drink (big virgin strawberry daiquiri,) our appy (dragon boat lettuce wrap,) and our pornstar (French bark dip)! and our dessert has been complicated since it was my birthday. carley was very professional, knowledgeable, confident and really a advantage for this location and eating itself was almost as good as carleys service. a nice note was that the restaurant section was distributed by the lounge with glass so that the bar noises remained quite much in the bar. all in all, a very pleasant experience."
