"OK I'm from Brooklyn. That's what makes me an expert on Italian food. My sister and her wife took me to an Italian restaurant in Pennsylvania. I had my doubts. But let me tell you how happy I was to find a Diamond among all the phonies. Delicious food and great service. Gotta give it to Chef Sal Who came to our table upon our request. Here's my picture of just a small sample of what I ate. It's also the colors of the Italian flag. Pipolos restaurant remember I told you of this. Or else"

"Always heard good things about Stone Bar Inn so I decided to try it out for my birthday/Valentine's day. Wasn't real impressed. The place was so dark I thought I was in a cave. My wife's prime rib was perfect, my crab stuffed seabass was really disappointing. It was drenched in cream sauce, basically floating in it. The fish was small underwhelming and the crab stuffing was well I'll just stop there. The staff/service was phenomenal, very pleased with them but for the price and quality I won't be back"

"While a beloved man was near St Luke's Hospital, we wanted to eat somewhere, that was a big chain restaurant. We have eaten a few times at the Pocono Pub and above all everything else there is a chain, but we remembered that La Tolteca had recently opened. I'm so happy. So directly from the racket, the margaritas were excellent. We got another one each and both were very delicious. I'd go back, even if it's just a drink. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the table page Guacamole as starter and it was excellent. The woman who came to the table with the car to make it was warm and friendly, but I am not sure if she even spoke English. The taste of Guac was very beautiful. I had the Molcajete Azteca, which was massive! It had ribeye, shrimp, chicken breast, pineapple, poblanos and onions and melted cheese. It had a ton of taste... I would order it every time I can. It also came in this crazy volcano-rock shell, so cool. Chas had the Pina Loca, which was very similar to the other dish, but without shrimps and it was filled into a hollowed pineapple. I also tried a bit of it and the flavors were very similar, and also delicious. I don't know that I would say that this is 100% authentic Mexican, but it was excellent. We have eaten a few times in Mexico and the flavors are definitely a bit different. Whatever that was, I'd probably eat it again. La Tolteca Didn 't Suck!"
