"Authentic Japanese in Vadodara<br>
I was travelling on business and stepped in to Kai Asia see what I could get. The chef a young 25 year old (Chef Pathik Nayak) dished out the most sublime flavoured food from a live Teppanyaki grill, patiently listening to, customising his output and explaining what he had dished out.<br>

Vadodara for the best authentic Japanese, I had never thought.<br>

Full marks to the Taj for getting this right."

"I had ordered a mini nonveg meal from this restaurant through Swiggy. The food was delivered on time but the food didn't met my expectations. -The chicken tasted absolutely stale. I first thought it was some flavour of the dish but with each bite it became worse to consume because of the taste. Not sure whom to question about this, the manager of this place or the chefs who deal with the food? -The gulab jamun included in this meal was undercooked. It just felt completely sticky from the inside. I can understand that running such a huge place requires a lot of efforts but that doesn't mean you should be compromising with the quality of the food of your customers. Tried contacting Swiggy with no response from their side either. Later they said they can offer a 30₹ coupon for my next purchase. Is this how such a big company deals with things? Requesting the owner/manager to kindly revert back at the earliest."

"In Gujarat, rarity of authentic non-veg food frustrates you sometimes, if you are a food junkie. Same happened with me. I had a non-veg food at some of the restaurants here and believe me the chicken was also 'meetha khana'. Thanks to Zomato where I could go through reviews of Swad and decided to visit here. It was Sunday and surprisingly, less crowd for lunch.<br>
Ambience : It's a decent place to dine. Properly maintained neat & clean tables and hygienic conditions are a plus point here.<br>
Service : I must say service is too good. Very prompt responses and timely enquiries about next order.<br>
Special dish : One must try, Matla Chicken over here. You'll get it in the evening only. Its a chicken dish made with steam and without a single drop of oil. Extremely nutritional and easy to digest. It takes 5 hour for preparation, hence you'll need to order it before 2 pm over a telephone.<br>
Apart from this, we had Chicken Zahangiri Kebab which was equally delicious and yummy.<br>
One thing I must say about this restaurant is that they are very professional at making non-veg food specially in this region, which is rare. I will visit here often and try different variety."

"There to work and the experience was great. the ambiente is very cozy and comfortably furnished. the exquisite aromen and excellent service really stood up to me. her weekly special card of bhaagbaan e subze supp and Turkish pide in the appetizer has my heart. also other main courses were delicious. her idea of the concept restaurant is good and I wish more people know about this place. elysian is definitely worth a visit, and I'm sure I'm back."
