"My friends I frequent this whataburger alot even though I have one just 2 minutes away but the flavor of burgers that this grill is home fun out of the park, puro come on down?.Now here is my story. I came on Sunday after church and placed my order and they got it wrong. Well they put my name down or whatever the protocol is. Today now Wednesday I come to collect my replacement meal and guess what the exact same thing happened again they didn 't get it again. I didnt get upset and decided to settle again. I decided to look at the things they did absolutely right.1) leonidas greeted me nicely as I ask to speak to Tony the manager2) Tony was absolutely respectful and concernedTook my oder to the t but somehow the cooks got it wrong which I could understand. Long story short I will keep coming back to my whataburger even if its 8 miles away simply because I know I matter to them. Just on how i was respectfully treated.Thak you Whataburger"

"The store is clean, food is good as usual. Coffee is fresh, the cream cold. Food and cleanliness, 5 star as I expect based on my past experiences with Whataburger. This location has installed self serve kiosks, which I typically believe are animprovement. This morning the staff seemed to take my use of the kiosk as permission for 3 in uniform and one not in uniform tostand at the register and chat about company business causing me to interrupt them to ask for a table tent that was notavailable at the kiosk. In addition to this minor oversight, I did not receive the orange juice that was on my order and hadto return to the counter to request it. 3 of 5 for service overall."

"Worst whataburger ever????Made an online order at 11:20 to be ready at 12:00-12:05. Arrived at 12:00 and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I kept watching the counter, nothing. Lots of people were mad because how long everything was taking. Heard another lady getting her order corrected. Went and asked about my order again at 12:32 and she handed it to us saying “oh I went looking for you”, lie. No one walked out from behind the counter the whole time we were waiting. Didn’t get offered ketchup or napkins or anything. Food was cold. This place is a disgrace to whataburger."
