"I understand that most Ice cream shops like to hire teenagers because they’re cheaper to employ, but these kids are unenthused have no desire to work. They’re just there for the paycheck. This is my third time visiting within the last 2 months I’ve had the same experience each time. I have to repeat my order 2-3xs they still “forget” the extra toppings I request. And, once I ask them about it they react with an attitude instead of trying to rectify their mistakes. Please do better with vetting future employees, as the ones I have encountered were all very absent minded. Oh How can I forget to mention. The ice cream once again was melting running once it hit the cup. I had to come home place my cup in the freezer add my own Oreos because it was none in the ice cream. Smh utterly annoyed at this point."
