"I love to support local business and as a second homeowner in Aspen I have been to Parc before and was pleased. This time the overwhelmingly bad service shocked us the most! We sat for 15 min before anyone brought us water and took drink orders while numerous wait staff ignored us and busied themselves around us to set up tables that had just vacated. First rule in customer service attend to the live customers first. I had every mind to walk out. My young adult children were equally dismayed that even throughout our dinner no attention to refilling glasses or inquiring on needs. I have never felt so welcomed and dismissed. We will not be returning until these locals that own and operate Parc have less of an attitude and realize customer service is important!"

"Arrived at 7 o’clock. Didn’t even get water until 7:30. Drinks came at 7:45 after I complained to the manager. We were told that they were short staffed but if so they shouldn’t have taken our reservation. Nevertheless, the food was quite good. The mushroom gnocchi appetizer was creative and delicious. The duck breast was perfectly prepared with an interesting sauce. Dessert of lemon cheese cake was unique and delicious. Would I come back? Probably, but……"
