"This was a neat restaurant to go to it is occupying an old church right now, but they will be moving to a new spot. The wagyu steak my husband and I ordered came out and we asked for medium, but was bright red and bleeding all over the plate. The steak was very chewy and inedible not what ud expect for the cut and the price, but when I told the waiter he promptly got me a different cut and had it cooked to medium after telling me they have allot of people say that the wagyu is chewy. Other then that the food was good and they made our drinks to perfection. The salad was a nice size and their peppered buttermilk dressing was amazing! The bread was also good and they surprised us by telling us the candle they set on the table was the dipping oil made from waygu bone marrow it was delicious . The desert apple pie was just ok. At the end of the meal they gave us our check in an envelope sealed with wax and their seal which added to the experience being unique. I am not sure if my husband and I will go back, but it was a good experience all the same."
