"Not really up to his reputation. come with friends for the New Year's Eve. unique menu at this price we expect quality from beginning to end. seen on the kitchens when arriving/seat: cooks do not wear a mask. unacceptable in time of covid! for what's on the service, feeling awkward when you arrive. servers predominantly beginners (this is what they seemed to appear), little avenging and struggling to get understood. their politeness and speed of service are the two strong points that have made it possible to compensate. I can't drink alcohol. the two aperitives included in the menu were with alcohol. I asked what alternatives were possible. The only thing I've been offered is a glass of industrial orange juice. Offering the fruity cocktail of the menu but without alcohol would have been appreciated. concerning the entrances, foie gras and salad of st jacques were good. We can't say so much of it. enormous disappointment over the lobster. much too cooked, rubbery texture and extremely dry flesh. Hardly eatable.
