"Spent 28 mins in line to get cold fries when I asked for hot fries the girl had an attitude. If you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t work here maybe you should call it long food because it definitely isn’t fast food. Won’t be coming back! Got home no ranch, tea was not sweet like I asked they gave me unsweetened and both sandwiches were dry and old! You people suck!"

"This is the closest McD 's to my house and unfortunately has been consistently subpar for decades. With the exception of tonight 's burger, the food has never been bad. Tonight 's burger was greasy and sloppy but it was 3:55am and I 'm sure they were rushing to switch over to breakfast. The issue here seems to have always been the lack of training which I blame on upper management and the owner. I 've spoken with him once before. I 'm extremely sympathetic right now due to labor shortages everywhere so this post is a general one not specific to my visit 30 minutes ago. They always forget straws, or napkins, or sauce for nuggets. Sometimes they forget the nuggets. By contrast, the Richmond Hwy location by the airport is always perfect. The one on Arlington Blvd at Patrick Henry Dr is also almost always perfect. My advice if going to this location is to check, and double check, your order before leaving. You 'll be glad you did. They also don 't do mobile orders well here. Several times they 've been out of something or the ice cream machine is broken yet I 'll still get charged for everything I 've ordered through the app. I most come here between 9pm until 5am, but have had the same issues during the day. The problems are usually at night. 60% of my night orders have mistakes. 20% of my day orders. They 're also very slow. If you have the option, pick one of the other locations."

"Okay so I'm coming back to redeem y'all last night I went to Whataburger it was around about 1ish in the morning and got me a sweet and spicy bacon burger and my husband got him a number too. I have to give you all y'all's props because they listen towhat I wanted and my order when I got home let me tell y'all I'm still thinking about this sweet and spicy bacon burger whoeverthat cook was that worked at on the 1st of December at 12:55 in the morning he did his thing I'm still thinking about thatburger it was just right the cashier from the order taker everyone was pleasant and polite and my order take her he listened tome let me tell you that young black king I appreciate him for listening to me when I express my disappointment about my lastvisit and the food that I had gotten but he made sure my onion rings was fresh my burger was fresh when I tell you I'm stillthinking about that burger my husband and I all we can talk about was how good those burgers were and I just want to appreciatey'all because I know y'all get some bad reviews most of the time but I'm here to redeem y'all and it's the staff that wasworking on 12 one of 2022 last night early morning at 12:55 a.m. I give y'all y'all's props because the customer service wasabove and beyond and I really appreciate y'all and I'm going to be coming back from now on thank you that night crew that wasworking and y'all need to get him a raise Whataburger corporation give them a raise"

"This location is pretty good. But at times they do seem overwhelmed with the amount of people at Drive-Thru, Curbside pickup, and inside ordering. If doing curbside, it is faster to do before 6 PM. After 6 PM is it faster to do Drive-thru. People are friendly."

"Went through the drive thru this afternoon after I got off work I used the McDonald’s app it was but one quarter pounder, nuggets etc get one for a $1 went to go pay and the guy in the window was hesitant on talking to me and then proceeded to tell me my code wasn’t working that it was $19 and it just look at him like what??? I told him that wasn’t right even without the code and he kept telling me the price saying the code didn’t work so I pulled up to the next window spoke to the manager and like I knew they already had my total pulled up $8 really ticked me off that a McDonald employee tried to pull a fast one like that and pocket money"
