"We went to Browns recently, for the usual happy hour appys and beer. I always order the chicken wings and beer ( surprise surprise) and Bonnie gets the tuna tacos. Well, the wings are the usual, hot is Frank's Red hot on deep fried naked wings. Nothing special, but never a disappointment either. You know what to expect when you go. All Browns have to be the same, I understand that and am willing to accept it. But thr tuna tacos....used to be filled with chunky tuna, have a jalapeno on top with some shaved green onion. Was pretty delicious. Last time we went, there was some sort of paste in the tacos. I first thought it was shrimp, but it looked odd. Bonnie took a couple of bites and told me something was off. So we asked the waitress, and she explained that the tuna had changed. So Bonnie sent them back and didn't eat them. Then the manager came over and explained that the corporate chefs had come up with a paste to put on the tacos, as well as onto the other tuna items, and it was squeezed out of a tube. Blended tuna, yum . To the staff at Browns, you guys are great. We have always had good service and all the managers have always taken care of us. We love you guys. Too bad we won't be back. The the corporate decision makers who decided on this, I have teeth, am fully capable of chewing my own food and enjoy the texture of chunks of tuna. Feels like we are being decadent, because most people don't buy tuna like that and prepare it themselves. Tuna toothpaste is not something that is not good on anything. The texture is like slimy baby food, the flavour is off and really, it's just gross. We used to eat at Browns a couple of times a week, sometimes appys, sometimes dinner. Your decisions here have lost you a good customer. Sorry to say, but unless the tuna goes back on the menu, the way it was, we won't be back."

"I don't think I would bother to reserve a table at the theatre restaurant before a movie again after the experience I had here. Watching one staff member freak out at other staff members and having our drinks take forever was not worth what we paid. Just an uncomfortable experience where everyone seemed unhappy to be doing their job. We also had to ask for our popcorn and drinks in our theatre seats because the movie had already started and no one had delivered anything to us. Overal the VIP theatre experience is a unique treat, but I recommend going to a different restaurant and buying your own snacks prior to going into the theatre. They should stick to just showing movies because they don't know how to provide proper customer service to people when it comes to the foodservice industry."
