"Once again, Valbella exceed expectations on every dimension. Starting with the perfect martini at the little bar to the meal that began with a small sampling of fresh raw oysters, then proceeded to a fantastic lobster appetizer with a wonderful orange sauce, and then a small, very fresh garden salad with a delicious mustard vinaigrette dressing, followed by a surprise little coconut sorbet intermezzo to clean the palate, followed by heavenly homemade fettuccine done in a light cheese sauce with a super-generous portion of the most aromatic Alba white truffles, followed by a rib-eye steak that was better than any steakhouse, and finally followed by dessert a traditional and super classic Grand Marnier souffle and cream sauce that was done perfectly as well as a Napoleon cream layer cake. Of course the wines were equally stunning including a Batard-Montrachet and a Barolo that were out of this world. Can you tell that I was more than pleased. What a gastronomic delight! PS Nick has put together a wonderful team that loves what they do and as a result, the service was impeccable. I mean impeccable! Thank you Valbella for a wonderful, memorable experience."
